What is Triftt?

Triftt helps you stick to a simple weekly budget. Connect your cards, pick the categories you care about, and get clear progress plus SMS reminders to stay on track.

How do you connect my accounts?

We use Plaid to connect to your financial institution. You authenticate directly with Plaid; Triftt never sees or stores your bank credentials. We receive account metadata and transactions to calculate your budgets and progress.

Is my data secure?

We take security seriously. Access tokens are stored encrypted; production access is restricted and audited. We only collect the minimum information needed to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Will I get charged for SMS?

Standard messaging rates from your carrier may apply. Triftt does not charge extra fees for SMS beyond your plan.

How much does Triftt cost?

We offer one plan: pay $8/month or $86/year. See pricing on the home page or in Settings → Subscription once you’re signed in.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel from Settings → Subscription. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Which categories are supported?

Triftt tracks a focused set of everyday categories (e.g., Groceries, Dining out, Shopping, Entertainment, Transportation, Travel, Housing and Utilities, Health, and more). You choose which ones to track.
